What your day-to-day will look like
Support and evolve EBANX’s Talent & Performance processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews, career frameworks, leadership evaluations and goal management;
Partner closely with stakeholders across HR and business teams to ensure consistency, governance and adoption of Talent initiatives;
Generate insights and support decision-making through data analysis, dashboards and performance indicators;
Explore and implement new tools, technologies and AI-based solutions to improve workflows, increase productivity and enhance the employee and leadership experience;
Improve the experience and operational efficiency of Talent processes by identifying opportunities for simplification, automation and scalability;
Support the management and continuous improvement of Talent systems and platforms.
What you need to shine in this role
Previous experience working with Talent Management and/or Performance Management processes;
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and generate actionable insights;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority;
Experience improving processes, workflows or operational routines with a focus on efficiency and scalability;
Familiarity and interest in AI-based productivity solutions.
Bonus points if you have
Experience with People Analytics, dashboards or data visualization tools;
Experience working with HR systems and platforms;
Experience in tech companies, fast-growing environments or digital businesses.
