Summary:
The new Intern should help on Creating and follow up on PO's as as well following Supplier documentaion and delivery follow up
Responsibilities Include:
Follow up on supplier order confirmation and delivery date updating SAP
Follow up on Supplier documentation and keeping "GeCon" (systema de gerenciamento de contratados)
Negotiate small Indirect Item’s
Create PO
Guarantee alignment with Taxes
Guarantee the fulfillment of EHS requirements
