Field Marketing Specialist
Profile:
o Graduate in Marketing or a related field
o Knowledge in creating, executing, and analyzing B2B Digital Marketing strategies
o Knowledge and management of Social Media
o At least 5 years of experience working as Field Marketing for B2B companies
o Experience using marketing platforms: Marketo or Eloqua
o Decision-making skills based on data analysis and special tools like Tableau
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
o Experience in using reports and tracking campaigns using CRM
o Understanding of the B2B Technology business (desired)
Responsibilities:
o Execution tactics for account-based marketing, including ABM platforms
o Collaborate with the LATAM marketing team to create content strategies, planning and executing multichannel programs: emails, webinars, events, digital, direct mail, etc.
o Ability to create data-driven marketing plans with project management and team collaboration to drive clear accountability and a results-oriented mindset
o Ability to create, manage, and analyze B2B Digital Marketing strategies
o Manage agencies for the execution of demand generation or loyalty events, public relations, and graphic design
o Data analysis, ROI, and business impact of all marketing campaigns
o Must be competent in presenting results and trends to sales and marketing leaders
o Use of the MarTech platform
o Basic knowledge and understanding of Trend Micro’s Cybersecurity Platform, obtaining all sales certifications

Lead Generation:
o Increase in the number of qualified leads by 20% within the first 8 months.
o Number of leads generated per event.
Event Participation:
o Improve event attendance by 25%.
Sales Impact:
o Increase in sales attributed to field marketing activities by 20%.
o Conversion rate of leads to sales.
Customer Engagement:
o Increase in customer engagement metrics (e.g., email open rates, click-through rates).
o Number of customer interactions and follow-ups.

o Return on investment for marketing campaigns.
