At McArthurGlen, we don’t just offer shopping; we create memorable days out. We're looking for a naturally warm, brilliantly organised Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Centre Management team at the Roermond Designer Outlet.

In this role, you won’t just answer questions; you’ll anticipate guest needs before they’ve even asked. As the face of our Visitor Information Centre, you’ll lead by example, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, connected, and inspired. If you’re passionate about luxury service and love creating those "wow" moments that make a guest's day, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities Include:

Inspire the Team: Lead from the front, coordinating daily operations and motivating your team to ensure every visitor feels looked after by delivering a premium guest experience.

Become an Outlet Ambassador: Meet and greet guests with flair, resolving queries and helping them feel truly connected to the local area.

Shape the Journey: Use your initiative to stay one step ahead of guest needs and suggest creative ways to improve our operations.

Commercial Mindset: Drive the centre’s success by managing key goals, like gift card sales, while ensuring accurate daily financial reporting.

Operational Excellence: Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and step up as a Duty Manager and First Aider (training provided).

Proven track record: You bring a proven track record of delivering five-star service in guest focused environments such as luxury retail or premium hospitality.

Multilingual: You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken), proficiency in an additional European language is highly valued.

A Natural Communicator: You enjoy connecting with people from all cultures and can build great relationships with brand partners and internal teams alike.

Composed & Pragmatic: You’re a problem-solver by nature, staying calm and professional when handling queries in a busy environment.

Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office to keep our data and records sharp.

Flexible: You understand that our most exciting times are weekends and bank holidays, and you’re happy to work a rota that covers the outlet's trading hours.
