Role Overview The Event Venue Sales Executive is responsible for driving venue sales, managing client enquiries, and supporting the commercial success of the venue. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding event requirements, and providing tailored solutions that maximise revenue and ensure a seamless client journey.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings

Conducting venue show‑arounds and representing the venue professionally

Preparing proposals, quotes, and event documentation

Liaising with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable event solutions

Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery

Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting processes

Building and nurturing relationships with new and returning clients

Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills

Motivated by sales, targets, and commercial success

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
