ROLE TYPE
Full-time. Some travel may be required for trade shows and events.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and operationally strong professional to help support and coordinate our global creative ecosystem.You will be the central connector between marketing, operations, retailers, distributors, brand ambassadors, events, digital initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain a centralized dashboard tracking 50+ key touchpoints, relationships, projects, and deliverables across the global DANIEL SMITH ecosystem.
Marketing & Brand Operations
Coordinate execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and ongoing projects
Support development and organization of newsletters, blogs, retailer materials, promotional assets, and marketing tools
Coordinate website content updates and digital workflows
Maintain organized file structures, project systems, and digital asset libraries
Assist with product launches, educational initiatives, and campaign execution
Creative Ecosystem Management
Support global DANIEL SMITH brand ambassador activities and communication
Assist with workshop, event, educational, and community engagement initiatives
Help support artist engagement and creative community programs
Retailer & Distributor Support
Coordinate retailer marketing materials and communication
Assist with trade show planning, preparation, logistics, and follow-up
Support retailer and distributor engagement initiatives globally
Coordinate educational and promotional programs designed to support retailer sales success
Operations & Project Management
Maintain project timelines and ensure timely follow-through
Coordinate communication across departments and external partners
Help identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies
Assist with SOP development and organizational processes
Ensure projects remain organized, accurate, and on schedule
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
Experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or related roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva, and digital collaboration tools
Knowledge of DANIEL SMITH products, watercolor materials, and fine art industry terminology strongly preferred
Ability to communicate using the established DANIEL SMITH brand voice and creative community language
Experience supporting creative brands, retailers and distributors, preferred
