About the role

About TruShine Services

TruShine Services is a fast-growing commercial kitchen compliance and facilities management company serving restaurants, stadiums, and hospitality venues across Georgia and the Carolinas. Our services include exhaust hood cleaning, grease trap maintenance, used cooking oil recycling, restaurant deep cleaning, and janitorial services. We operate out of our newly built headquarters in Norcross, GA and are scaling rapidly with plans to to 150 locations.

We are not looking for a manager who watches. We are looking for an operator who owns.

The Role

As Branch Operations Manager, you are the operational leader of our Norcross headquarters. You own the daily branch P&L — every dollar of revenue, every dollar of cost, every job completed or missed. You run the team, you run the numbers, and you run the building. This is not a desk job. You will be in the warehouse at 7:30 AM checking trucks, in the huddle at 9:15 AM driving accountability, on client sites by the afternoon, and submitting your daily scorecard by 6:30 PM.

If you thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where your performance directly determines your income — this is your role.

What You Will Do Every Day

Run a 15-minute daily leadership huddle with your direct reports: Field Supervisors, Warehouse Manager, and Customer Service Rep.

Approve all crew time sheets by 9:00 AM. Ensure every completed job is invoiced by 10:00 AM. Zero-day billing lag.

Manage the 7-day job pipeline: crew assignments, equipment readiness, client confirmations, and schedule optimization.

Drive accounts receivable collections through the CS Rep. Escalate 60+ day accounts to the CEO for service suspension decisions.

Conduct weekly labor efficiency reviews: crew hours vs. job scope, overtime patterns, underperforming crews.

Visit 3–5 key client locations per month to protect recurring revenue and identify upsell opportunities.

Convert upsell flags from completed jobs into booked add-on services within 48 hours. You earn commission on every dollar of add-on revenue you generate.

Coach, develop, and hold accountable every member of your team using data from the daily scorecard system.

Submit a consolidated daily scorecard to the CEO by 6:30 PM every evening.

Compensation — You Eat What You Kill

This is not a role where you collect a salary for showing up. The base salary pays for running the daily system. The real money is earned by producing results that grow the branch.

Base Salary: $70,000/year with a 90-day performance review to $75,000.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 paid upon completion of 90 days.

Performance Incentives (quarterly):

Labor Cost Reduction — bonuses up to $5,000/quarter for driving labor efficiency below target thresholds.

Upsell Commission — 3–5% commission on all add-on services revenue you generate. Uncapped.

Branch Revenue Growth — bonuses up to $6,000/quarter for hitting monthly revenue targets.

Total compensation at target: $95,000+. At stretch performance: $124,000+. Your ceiling is not capped — it is determined by what you produce.

Career Growth

TruShine is scaling to 150 locations. This position is the entry point into operational leadership:

Level 1: Branch Operations Manager ($70–$75K base) — where you start.

Level 2: Senior Branch Operations Manager ($75–$85K base) — after 12 months of sustained performance.

Level 3: Regional Operations Manager ($85–$100K base) — when you prove you can replicate the system across multiple branches.

Level 4: Director of Operations ($100–$130K base + profit sharing) — running 5+ branches at scale.

Every promotion is earned by numbers, not tenure. We promote operators who produce.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of operations management experience in commercial services, facilities management, restaurant operations, or a related field.

Proven experience managing field crews, technicians, or multi-site operations.

Ability to read and manage a P&L statement. You must understand revenue, COGS, labor cost ratios, and margin.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of holding teams accountable to measurable targets.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physically capable of visiting job sites and working in commercial kitchen environments.

Available for on-call escalations until 10:00 PM Monday–Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience in the hood cleaning, commercial kitchen services, or restaurant facilities industry.

Bilingual English/Spanish — significant operational advantage with our crews and client base.

Experience managing teams of 10+ across multiple locations or shifts.

Familiarity with NFPA 96, fire code compliance, or health department inspection requirements.

Track record of measurably improving operational KPIs (completion rates, labor efficiency, collections).

Experience with QuickBooks Online, CRM systems, or fleet management tools (Verizon Connect, Fleetio, or similar).

What We Provide

Full operational authority over the Norcross branch with 5+ direct reports across field, warehouse, and office.

A complete daily playbook — SOPs, scorecards, KPI definitions, and structured onboarding.

A newly built headquarters with dedicated office and warehouse space.
