Operations Manager (Vending Machine Business)

Job Title: Operations Manager

Reports To: Owner/CEO

Salary: $20.00/hour to $25.00/hour

Level: Experienced

Location: All work locations

Work Schedule: (Part-Time) Hybrid with two (2) onsite days

General Description: The Operations Manager will be an integral part of CCAP Cares, LLC business operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business operations, process improvement, quality control, inventory management, analyzing reporting data, and supervising staff to ensure efficiency and productivity. The goal is to ensure the business operations run smoothly and effectively to align operational activities with strategic business goals, and delivery of quality products.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Process and Workflow Optimization:

· Ensure business operation processes are efficient, productive, and cost-effective

· Ensure streamlined business operation processes and activities are being completed

· Identify any inefficiencies and provide practicable solutions

Staff Management:

· Train and supervise employees

· Ensure production and performance expectations are being met for all employees

· Manage employee timesheets and PTO requests

· Foster productive work environment

Inventory Management:

· Ensure all inventory is accurate, tracked, and accounted for

· Conduct product cost analysis amongst different vendors and suppliers

· Establish and maintain functional relationships with vendors and suppliers

Maintenance and Technical:

· Ensure proper maintenance and sanitation of machines is completed

· Ensure all machinery and equipment is functioning properly

· Assist with performing routine machine maintenance as needed

· Assist with diagnosis, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing machine malfunctions as needed

· Assist with performing machine programming for pricing products as needed

Data Reporting and Financial Analysis:

· Prepare monthly gross profit projections

· Analyze reporting data from the vending machines

Leadership and Operations:

· Operate personal and/or company vehicles to commute to work locations

· Provide training and assistance as needed

· Attend continuing education conferences and trainings

· business operations and opportunities for new business

Minimum Qualifications:

· Associates degree or equivalent

· 5 years in a similar role, retail sales or equivalent

· Clean driving record

· Great leadership and management skills

· Ability to multitask

· Great problem-solving skills

· Great interpersonal skills

· Great organizational skills

· Great communication skills

· Experienced technical skills

· Experienced in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

6+ years in a similar role or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

This position entails standing, walking, bending, pushing, reaching, and lifting.
