Overview Location: Morgan Hill, CA
Landscape design build construction company seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to oversee residential landscape construction projects from bidding through completion. The ideal candidate has strong estimating, scheduling, and field coordination experience, with the ability to manage budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate bids, estimates, on-line takeoffs, and proposals
Review construction plans and specifications
Manage multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
Monitor budgets, schedules, and project profitability
Handle change orders, RFIs, invoicing, and project documentation
Conduct site visits and maintain quality control standards
Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, subcontractors and team members
Qualifications
3+ years of landscape or construction project management/estimating experience
Knowledge of irrigation, hardscape, grading, drainage, and planting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Sage 100 is a plus
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Valid California driver’s license
Preferred Skills
Residential landscape construction experience
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Strong budgeting and cost-control background
Team leadership and problem-solving abilities
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
