Operations Manager - Marketing & AI Agency

Overview Sand Bull Media is a growing marketing and AI agency that helps service businesses with websites, ads, CRM systems, automation, and customer acquisition.

We’re looking for an in-person Operations Manager / Assistant who can help run the day-to-day side of the business. This role is a mix of client success, project management, operations, implementation, and founder support.

The right person is organized, scrappy, tech-savvy, and willing to jump into whatever needs to get done. You’ll help manage client onboarding, keep projects moving, coordinate with developers, follow up with clients, collect assets, manage tasks, and help make sure the business runs smoothly.

This is a hands-on role with room to grow. For the right person, this could develop into a higher-level operations or COO-style role as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Manage client onboarding, follow-ups, check-ins, and asset collection

Communicate with clients and help resolve issues or complaints professionally

Coordinate website, marketing, CRM, and automation projects from start to finish

Manage developers and contractors to keep projects on track

Track tasks, deadlines, client deliverables, and internal priorities

Help implement systems inside GoHighLevel, WordPress, Asana, Google Drive, Gmail, and other tools

Assist with launching websites, Meta ad campaigns, CRM setups, and client systems

Help maintain SOPs, internal processes, documentation, and team accountability

Support bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and basic financial admin in QuickBooks and Stripe

Work directly with the owner to take day-to-day operational work off his plate

Help identify problems, improve processes, and keep the business organized as it grows

Who We’re Looking For

Highly organized, but comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

Scrappy and willing to figure things out

Strong communicator with clients, team members, and vendors

Comfortable managing multiple projects at once

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools

Good understanding of marketing, websites, ads, SEO, CRM systems, and automation

Able to follow through without constant reminders

Detail-oriented, but not afraid to take action

Strong problem solver with good judgment

Comfortable working directly with the founder in a growing company

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
