Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Web and Graphic Designer to join our creative team! Responsibilities
Develop and implement captivating visual designs for websites, landing pages, banners, social media, and email campaigns using creative tools.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface (UI) layouts with tools to visualize concepts and streamline user experience (UX) design processes.
Build responsive web pages utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks and front-end libraries to ensure seamless performance across devices.
Enhance website functionality through web development techniques including PHP, Python scripting, AJAX, Node.js, and SQL database integration with MySQL or SharePoint.
Optimize digital content for search engines (SEO) by applying best practices in content management systems while analyzing web analytics using Google Analytics 360.
Ensure web accessibility standards are met by implementing usability principles and conducting user research to improve overall user satisfaction.
Maintain and update existing websites through regular website maintenance tasks including layout updates, content management system adjustments, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Experience
Proven experience in digital design combined with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects featuring responsive design and motion graphics.
Proficiency in interaction design principles alongside expertise in typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Hands-on experience with front-end development languages such as HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS or LESS), and JavaScript.
Familiarity with content management systems for website management and content updates.
Knowledge of web analytics tools to interpret data insights for continuous improvement.
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions that enhance user experience.
