Overview

Assist in the development and maintenance of digital content strategy across web and mobile channels. Utilize expertise in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, taxonomy, digital asset management, content management systems (CMS), search engine optimization (SEO), and digital performance metrics to deliver engaging, user-focused digital experiences. Support the implementation and optimization of digital properties to improve usability, relevance, engagement, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Author, QA, and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support marketing and business initiatives.

Create, edit, test, optimize, and evaluate digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Analyze and report on testing, optimization, and content initiative results, providing recommendations for future enhancements, redesigns, campaigns, and projects.

Collaborate with User Experience (UX), Digital, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support content management and new feature development.

Conduct content audits across digital channels to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Support the creation, maintenance, and execution of digital content calendars.

Recommend and implement improvements to content usability, functionality, interactivity, and overall site experience.

Serve as a subject matter expert for mobile content management, including training and documentation for content contributors.

Represent the Web and Content Strategy team in meetings with business units and marketing stakeholders.

Review digital content to ensure compliance with brand standards, style guides, accessibility requirements, and legal/regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate and track implementation of content enhancements and development efforts to ensure timely delivery.

Partner with content authors, designers, and developers to ensure adherence to digital best practices.

Stay current with emerging digital technologies, content management trends, and industry best practices.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience managing content for high-traffic websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.

Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.

Strong understanding of content strategy, content governance, and digital content lifecycle management.

Experience translating complex business concepts and user needs into clear, engaging digital experiences.

Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.

Understanding of usability, information architecture, and user-centered design concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team environment.

Experience building consensus and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Proficiency in navigating multiple systems, applications, and digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and/or Google Analytics.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with multiple content management systems, with Adobe Experience Manager preferred.

Familiarity with digital asset management platforms and content governance processes.

Experience working in a fast-paced, creative, agency-style, or enterprise digital environment.

Knowledge of digital marketing, optimization, personalization, and testing methodologies.

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
