About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce and distribution company operating multiple brands and websites in the automotive aftermarket industry. We are looking for a highly skilled, results-driven professional who is an expert in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Shopify, web development, digital marketing, email/SMS marketing, and product catalog management.
This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes e-commerce growth and can take ownership of improving every aspect of our online presence.
Position Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to increase website conversion rates, improve customer experience, grow revenue, and optimize our Shopify stores and distribution websites.
You will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and execute marketing strategies that generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyze customer behavior using tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, GA4, and Shopify Analytics
Identify conversion bottlenecks and develop testing strategies
Create and manage A/B tests
Improve product pages, collections, navigation, checkout flow, and user experience
Increase conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Shopify Development & Optimization
Manage and improve Shopify stores
Customize themes and build new landing pages
Improve site speed, performance, and mobile experience
Implement new apps, integrations, and automations
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve overall functionality
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute growth strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, email, SMS, and affiliate channels
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
Improve customer acquisition and retention
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Email & SMS Marketing
Build and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns
Create abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome, post-purchase, and win-back sequences
Segment customer lists for improved performance
Continuously test and improve open rates, click-through rates, and revenue generated
Product Catalog Development
Improve product data quality and organization
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications
Create category structures that improve customer experience and SEO
Work with manufacturers and vendors to maintain accurate product information
Distribution Website Management
Help improve our B2B distributor website
Enhance dealer experience and account management functionality
Improve lead generation and dealer onboarding processes
Recommend and implement tools that improve operational efficiency
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
Video content creation and editing
Product photography
UGC and social media content creation
Graphic design experience
SEO expertise
Experience in automotive, electronics, or aftermarket industries
AI tools and automation experience
Requirements
5+ years of proven Shopify and e-commerce experience
Demonstrated success increasing conversion rates and online revenue
Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRO tools
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
