Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, REST APIs, and other scripting tools to meet evolving business needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with various IT infrastructure components such as AWS, Azure, and on-premises systems via RESTful APIs and web services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless deployment within Agile development cycles.
Automate workflows and processes utilizing ServiceNow’s platform features to optimize incident management, change management, asset management, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
Manage version control and code repositories using SVN, GitHub, and Git to ensure code integrity and facilitate team collaboration.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow modules while adhering to best practices for application development.
Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user procedures to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing. Experience
Proven experience in software development with a focus on IT service management platforms like ServiceNow or similar enterprise solutions.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript along with experience in front-end development frameworks such as React or Express.js.
Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure; familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including MySQL or SQL databases; experience with application development using C#, C++, Java or Python is advantageous.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development; experience working within Scrum teams is preferred.
Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), and application security concepts like RBAC.
Experience working with version control tools like Git or SVN; knowledge of .NET framework or Quantum engineering concepts is beneficial but not required.
