About the role
Quanta Telecommunication Solutions (QTS) is seeking a Route Field Technician to support a major long haul and middle mile fiber network from initial construction through long-term operations and maintenance. This unique role begins during the construction phase in a quality assurance and field validation capacity, working directly alongside construction crews to verify route integrity, installation quality, testing results, and asset documentation. Once construction is complete and the route is placed into service, the position transitions into an operations-focused role responsible for route maintenance, outage response, locate coordination, and long-term asset
