We are looking for a Senior Leader within the Services and Repair Transformation and Enablement Team! The team is responsible for driving transformational evolution of our Service and Repair processes, systems, and tools to enhance supply chain performance. We are looking to hire a creative, analytical, and hands-on business leader to enable scalability and growth of NVIDIA warehouse and logistics Operations. You will be a key leader collaborating with our cross-functional teams including NVIDIA Operations, our contract manufactures, logistics/warehouse partners, Engineering, Finance and IT/Business Systems teams to drive innovation and enhancements.

What You'll Be Doing:

Transform our Service Supply Chain operating model to become predictive and proactive driving increased levels of customer satisfaction.

Accelerate our ability to drive solutions that scale in warehouse operations and logistics through deep domain knowledge and expertise.

Drive standardization and improvement in our business processes, systems, and tools to enable operational efficiency, visibility, and prompt business decisions

Optimize the integration between repair services and logistics, ensuring the supply chain architecture supports seamless service delivery and manufacturing efficiency.

Conduct deep-dive process mapping to identify "ground-level" inefficiencies in logistics and repair; Translate these findings into AI-driven use cases like predictive sparing, automated routing, or defect trend analysis.

Lead development of business requirements and collaborate to drive technical design and deployment of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS); You will ensure these systems are optimized for high-volume repair parts, serialized inventory tracking, and global freight movements.

Define the business rules and process standards that will govern our B2B integrations; You will define what data must be exchanged with 3PLs , repair partners and CMs to maintain process integrity, ensuring that outsourced partners operate as a seamless extension of our internal team.

Act as the functional transformation business lead for reverse logistics, warehouse, and repair operations, defining the service-level requirements and technical handshakes necessary for vendors to execute repair and distribution workflows.

Mature our business operating model across our global partner ecosystem through innovation and industry best solutions aimed at operational efficiency, speed, and scale. Assist in logistics, repairs and service partner selection and new site onboarding. Develop and mature how we track and measure our success via level 1-3 KPIs.

What We Need To See:

BA or BS in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience)

Domain Expertise: 12+ years of experience in Service Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing, including hands-on operations experience managing business process and technology.

Skills in managing logistics, repair, refurbishment, or production environments.

Data-driven decision maker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and supply partner management skills.

Deep understanding of business architecture principles and experience in enterprise tool selection (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, B2B Integrations, Data Platforms).

Proven experience managing the technical and operational performance of Tier-1 3PLs and External Manufacturers.

Experience in enabling vendor and site supply chain ecosystem, from capability enablement, site bring up and large-scale transformation across the globe.

Proven track record of migrating manual supply chain processes to automated scalable digital solutions, the ability to navigate high-pressure disruptions and provide executive-level resolution for complex supply chain bottlenecks.

Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and data platforms and integration methodologies to eliminate manual workflows.

Expertise in creating transparent supply chains that track products from raw materials to final delivery, and the ability to architect data products and use analytics to optimize inventory, global warehouse distribution, manufacturing and transportation strategies.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Demonstrated ability to optimally guide and influence within a multifaceted matrixed environment.

Develop algorithms and models for supply chain optimization.

Direct experience implementing or managing enterprise-grade supply chain software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, Infor or specialized AI/ML platforms).

Demonstrated ability to deploy systems integration parallelly across operations and partner sites worldwide.

Hands-on experience evaluating emerging technologies for operational readiness and short- and long-term business fit.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
