Identifies and develops marketing alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Partner Associate, you will:

Support the success and growth of new and existing partners by helping execute partner strategies and plans that drive measurable outcomes (e.g., adoption and revenue expansion).

Own day-to-day partner coordination to ensure a strong partner experience, timely follow-through, and smooth execution of initiatives.

Maintain partner planning and documentation, including the Partner Account Plan and supporting materials such as marketing/event plans, enablement activities, and quarterly priorities.

Monitor and report on partner performance and execution by tracking key metrics, maintaining accurate partner records and activity in relevant tools, and summarising progress, wins, gaps, risks, and next actions.

Coordinate cross- functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support/CX, etc.) to deliver partnership initiatives.

Support planning and negotiation processes — including inputs, timelines, and materials — while escalating contract structuring and negotiation ownership to the Partner Manager/Director as appropriate .

Respond to partner inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate blockers with context and suggested next steps.

Schedule and coordinate partner meetings, QBR prep, follow-ups, and event logistics .

Draft and update Partner Account Plans; track goals, deliverables, owners, and timelines.

Coordinate enablement and co-marketing support for Tier 3 partners, including organising trainings , sharing materials, tracking readiness and completions, campaign logistics , lead and referral tracking, and internal alignment.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Partner Associate if your background includes:

1–2 years of experience in a partnerships , alliances, channel , or customer success support role within a software or technology-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute across multiple work streams, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Accountability and ownership mindset — you take initiative, follow through on commitments, and proactively surface issues before they escalate.

Willingness to learn and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, dynamic partnerships environment.
