We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support our Marketing Manager in the creation, editing, and publishing of digital content across various platforms, including social media and websites. This role will also manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn), assist in optimizing pay-per-click campaigns, and contribute to developing scalable marketing standards and processes as we grow our business in the U.S. and India.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in creating, editing, managing and publishing website content, graphic design across platforms such as social media, blogs, email, and websites.

Manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn) by creating, scheduling, and publishing posts.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends and insights.

Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

Assist in the design and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to support integrated marketing campaigns.

Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).

Experience executing Visual design sensibility for branding and layout in-person events end-to-end.

Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, juggling multiple priorities and shifting timelines.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, major social media platforms, and email marketing software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools such as WordPress, HubSpot or Marketo, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Solid understanding of Workday or related enterprise technology platforms, and a clear ability to communicate our value as a Workday partner.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and trends.
