In this role you will make an impact

As an GenAI Solution developer, you’ll engage in projects which focus on delivering scalable full-stack applications by integrating AI-driven capabilities to enable intelligent automation and enhanced user experiences. Initially you will be trained in various digital transformation technologies/tools like RPA (Power Platform), Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry etc. Then you will be assigned to global digital automation projects and required to collaborate with colleagues (Project managers/BA/SME’s/Solution architects, etc.) across the world (China, Denmark, Brazil, US etc.) to understand requirements. You would then be expected to build the products using various technologies (GenAI, cloud, RPA, full stack and other emerging tech stacks) as per requirements.

Your key responsibilities are:

Develop and maintain scalable GenAI Solutions, ensuring high performance and seamless user experience across frontend and backend layers

Design and build robust, secure, and reusable APIs and web services, enabling efficient integration with internal enterprise systems

Integrate AI/ML capabilities (e.g. chatbots, document processing, RAG-based solutions) into business applications to drive automation and intelligent decision-making

Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, architecture) to translate requirements into scalable and future-ready technical solutions

Help to maintain code quality, Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards across application development and integrations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or a related field

Strong coding experience in designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices, including request handling, validation, and error management

Practical experience in integrating AI capabilities (e.g., chatbots, document extraction, or prompt-based solutions) using platforms like Microsoft Azure OpenAI or OpenAI

Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), writing efficient queries, and handling data storage and retrieval in real-world applications

Hands-on exposure to deploying applications on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, including basic CI/CD setup

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications, along with version control using Git

Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
