We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-workstream cloud migration engagement. You will be responsible for driving execution across cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of a Snowflake Marketplace application within established timelines and quality standards.

This is a fast-paced engagement spanning data engineering, cloud-native development, platform integration, and cloud transformation. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery leadership, technical fluency, AI-savvy ways of working, and the ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

Delivery Leadership

Own end-to-end delivery of a complex cloud migration program, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and stakeholder communication.

Manage the overall delivery plan and coordinate dependencies across parallel workstreams, including desktop collector, ETL migration, Admin UI rebuild, and Marketplace submission.

Ensure Snowflake Marketplace submission activities, certification requirements, and critical delivery milestones are successfully planned and executed.

Manage project financials, scope changes, risks, and key delivery decisions throughout the engagement.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Facilitate governance and executive-level status reviews, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges and cross-team issues.

Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence

Lead distributed cross-functional teams across engineering, data, QA, and business functions.

Drive accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Establish effective governance, reporting, and delivery controls to ensure predictable project outcomes.

AI-Enabled Delivery

Leverage AI tools and modern delivery practices to improve planning, reporting, documentation, risk management, and team productivity.

Collaborate effectively with AI, data, and engineering teams on initiatives involving intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions.

Transition & Knowledge Transfer

Lead knowledge transfer and transition activities for the planned handover to the client's offshore software team.

Ensure documentation, processes, and operational knowledge are structured for long-term sustainability and successful transition.

Future Opportunity Support/Pre-Sales

Support estimation, solution planning, and proposal activities for future cloud, data, and AI-related opportunities when needed.

What you bring

5+ years of experience managing software delivery, cloud transformation, or enterprise technology programs.

Proven experience leading complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams and distributed teams.

Experience delivering cloud migration, data platform modernization, or enterprise software initiatives.

Experience managing project budgets, delivery risks, stakeholder expectations, and fixed-price engagements.

Strong technical literacy and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, data specialists, and solution leads.

Experience delivering projects involving Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior technical and business audiences.

Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery practices and modern AI productivity tools.

Fluent English.

Nice to have

Experience with Snowflake Marketplace submission, certification, compliance, or security review processes.

Experience with AI, machine learning, analytics, or intelligent automation projects.

Exposure to presales, estimation, solution planning, or proposal development.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.

Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
