We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our front of the house team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

He/She will Report to the Front Office Manager.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests’ care) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;

Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions;

Assist with all guest’s requests;

Handle emergencies according to procedures.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred;

Previous work experience in the same position in 4/5 stars hotels;

Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite;

Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.

We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Night Auditor;

Start date: June 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
