Team Manager - Distribution

The Role

In this role, you’ll lead a distribution team to deliver outstanding service safely and efficiently to customers, while nurturing a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!

Responsibilities

Empowering the team through coaching, guidance, and regular feedback

Coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, reliable delivery

Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace

Building strong relationships to improve processes and customer outcomes

Monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement

About you

Experience leading and developing teams in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG settings

A collaborative, people-focused leadership style that inspires and supports others

Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively

Confident communicator who builds positive, trusted relationships

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement
