PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Onboarding Specialist to support our growing workforce in the Columbus, Ohio region. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new hires across field and office positions. The Onboarding Specialist will serve as a central point of coordination for pre-employment and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. This position will partner closely with recruiting, safety, HR, and operations teams to support timely and successful employee starts. Some travel may be required to support onboarding at various jobsite “show-up”
