The Principal Product Owner, Operations Transformation is a senior, hands-on leader within the Operations Transformation product owner team. This role partners directly with functional heads across Insurance Operations, Premium Audit, Contact Centers, Claims Services, Legal Operations, Collections & Payments, and Policy Services to shape, prioritize, and deliver a transformation portfolio that improves customer experience, efficiency, and control across a global P&C small business insurer.
