Maintains effective relationships with agency contacts to ensure accurate information is gathered for risk evaluation and provides consultation on company products and coverage capabilities that positively impact risk selection. Enables profitable growth with assigned agencies including periodic profitability reviews and the implementation of profit improvement actions. Must always maintain a professional demeanor. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
