About the role
The SBA Manager will be responsible for the growth, profitability, and management of the Bank’s Small Business Administration (SBA) loan portfolio. Work closely with our branch partners with originating and managing SBA loans throughout the application and underwriting process. Responsible with maintaining the integrity of the SBA loan origination process and be required to have a thorough understanding of SBA loan submission procedures. Assure that quality service is provided to the internal and external customers, and will be focused on revenue growth, business model execution, sales performance, sound risk practices, and external and internal customer
