- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership on employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and workforce planning - Lead onsite HR operations, ensuring consistent execution of HR policies, procedures, and union contract (CBA) compliance - Act as the primary HR partner for union and labor relations, including grievance handling, investigations, disciplinary actions, and contract interpretation - Support and participate in collective bargaining activities, union negotiations, and labor strategy execution - Partner with leadership to ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and resolve labor disputes effectively - Manage complex employee relations cases in both union and non-union environments - Ensure compliance
