What You Will Do:
Support performance analytics, testing, and uprate validation for wind/solar assets.
Advance data platforms to deliver fast, accurate performance and resource insights.
Partner with industry stakeholders and internal teams to improve equipment performance.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts and support consultants on performance programs.
Plan and validate performance improvements through project management support.
Standardize and automate reporting, documentation, and analytics processes.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
0-2 years of previous related experience.
Passionate for renewables and a strong willingness to learn.
Solid foundation in math, statistics, and data science.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in programming (Python/MATLAB preferred).
Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
