We’ll help you succeed

The work we do is underpinned by quality. We deliver audits which are trusted and transparent which can be relied upon by companies and their stakeholders.

You’ll be someone who is comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with Directors, and BDO’s Partners. You’ll help deliver accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders as you provide long term value.

Requirements

The candidate should have experience working with or for a UK or overseas regulator.

The firm is subject to a number of external regulator reviews on a continuing basis, from the AQR, QAD and PCAOB. The role requires experience of responding to UK regulators verbally and in writing.

You'll be someone with:

An ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification or an overseas equivalent.

Education up to degree level or CTS.

Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site.

Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.

Working knowledge of firm services, issues regarding advice, and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering.

Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
