Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership
Own and manage a high-value strategic QSR account, ensuring long-term partnership success
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer business goals
Serve as the primary senior point of contact, building trusted executive-level relationships
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new solution adoption
Identify growth opportunities and lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
Proactively manage risks, escalations, and complex stakeholder dynamics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams (Customer Operational Leads, Support, Operations) to deliver integrated solutions
Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and service delivery
Lead account governance, including regular business reviews and performance tracking
Industry & Market Expertise
Leverage deep understanding of the QSR ecosystem, including digital transformation, POS, payments, and customer experience trends
Provide insights and strategic guidance to customers based on market trends

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, key account management, or enterprise sales
Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
Strong background in QSR hospitality or adjacent industries
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibility
Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles

Education
