Perfume Price is a leading fragrance distribution company with over 20 years of industry experience. As we continue to our sales team, we are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Sales Representative to join our growing organization and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the fragrance industry. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and is motivated by sales growth and commission opportunities.
The successful candidate will assist in managing customer relationships, supporting sales operations, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to overall sales performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-up.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Customer Support
Coordinate with internal departments including accounting, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
Customer Service
Provide customer assistance through phone, WhatsApp, email, and company website channels.
Lead Generation & Sales Development
Conduct outbound sales calls and prospect new accounts.
Generate and develop new business opportunities to the customer base.
Order Management
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Create and maintain customer-specific portal items and order entries.
Operations Coordination
Work closely with warehouse and accounting departments throughout the order fulfillment process.
Assist with converting purchase orders into sales orders and monitoring order flow.
Inventory & Pricing Support
Assist with inventory management, repricing, and identifying product needs.
Create and maintain inventory needs lists.
Returns Management
Handle return authorizations and coordinate resolutions with appropriate departments.
QualificationsSales Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience required.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a team-oriented environment.
Relationship Building
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Negotiation Skills
Ability to negotiate professionally while maintaining transparency and customer trust.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Ethic
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
