Hours: Full-time, 40-hour workweeks.
Starting Base Salary: $40,000 per year.
Total Base Pay: Commensurate with your experience level.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their facility needs to recommend suitable energy products or services.
Prospect and engage new business accounts to introduce facility efficiency programs and structural upgrades.
Drive sales initiatives by effectively promoting premium product features and long-term financial benefits.
Process complex financial transactions accurately using retail math skills and modern cash management procedures.
Handle customer inquiries related to financing options, project banking, or financial services, providing clear info or directing them to specialists.
Coordinate project assessments and help clients navigate the paperwork for hardware and installation upgrades.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, outside customer service, or fast-paced banking environments.
Strong understanding of cash handling, contract management, and modern transaction techniques.
Basic math proficiency, including retail math for accurate transaction processing.
Knowledge of software systems used for sales tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage business customers confidently and professionally.
Ability to perform rapid financial ROI calculations quickly and accurately under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
