A legitimate producer should have a clear path to $200,000+ annually, with top performers capable of substantially more.

Understands distributors, contractors, dealers, and retail channels
Is comfortable opening new accounts

Wants to build something meaningful and financially rewarding

We are hiring relationships, credibility, market knowledge, and the ability to produce revenue.
