Understands distributors, contractors, dealers, and retail channels

Is comfortable opening new accounts

Can win business away from competitors

Knows how to ask for the order

Doesn't need to be micromanaged

Wants to build something meaningful and financially rewarding

We are hiring relationships, credibility, market knowledge, and the ability to produce revenue.
