What You’ll Do
Connect with business owners and employees to help educate them on valuable benefit options
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Develop your own book of business
Work independently while receiving ongoing team support and coaching

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Must be willing to obtain or already possess a life & health insurance license
Compensation
Uncapped Commission, Bonus, and Renewal Income. Top performers can earn high six figures+ with consistent effort and leadership development.
