Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, bilingual B2B sales representative to help grow our commercial client base. This is a remote-friendly role focused on cold outreach, appointment setting, and connecting us with HOAs, property managers, and general contractors. If you thrive on making calls, opening doors, and closing meetings — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design short, professional presentations showcasing All Coast Painting's services for HOAs, property management companies, and general contractors
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to local business owners, HOA boards, property managers, and general contractors to introduce our services
- Set and book appointments for our team to conduct on-site estimates
- Maintain organized records of outreach activity, pipelines, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Located in the United States or South America
- Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and appointment setting — required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
- Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint for creating presentations
- Experience with CRM tools or outreach tracking is a plus
Compensation
- Monthly base wage
