Sales & Business Development Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Sales with a proven track record in the Security Guard Services industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the security services market, strong client relationships, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth in security guard services.

Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Maintain and relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory: Minimum of 1 years of proven sales/business development experience in the Security Guard Services industry.

Strong understanding of security service operations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing new business.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
