Sales & Business Development Manager – Copper & Power Cable Solutions
About the role
Position Overview
Telco Source Connect is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development professional with a proven background in copper cable, power cable, and wire sales. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of OEM and distribution customers, strong industry relationships, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in the wire and cable industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and sales opportunities for copper cables, power cables, and wire products across OEM and distribution channels.
· Leverage existing customer relationships and industry contacts to generate immediate business opportunities.
· Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while managing long-term strategic accounts.
· Build and maintain relationships with purchasing managers, engineers, distributors, and executive decision-makers.
· Work closely with internal teams to coordinate pricing, product sourcing, logistics, and customer support.
· Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
· Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies.
· Represent Telco Source Connect at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
· 5+ years of experience in wire and cable sales, business development, or account management.
· Strong background in copper cables, power cables, wire products, or related electrical/telecom products.
· Established OEM and/or distribution customer relationships within the industry.
· Demonstrated track record of generating sales growth and closing large commercial opportunities.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage a national sales territory.
· Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
