About Us
Day & Night IV is a mobile IV hydration and wellness company providing on-demand IV therapy services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We bring professional wellness services directly to our clients at home, hotels, offices, and events.
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help our local referral network and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain partnerships with hotels, fitness studios, wellness centers, spas, recovery facilities, and local businesses
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities throughout the Bay Area
Conduct in-person visits, networking, and outreach activities
Build referral relationships with local healthcare and wellness professionals
Attend community and networking events on behalf of the company
Track outreach activities, partnership opportunities, and follow-up communications
Collaborate with leadership to develop growth initiatives and partnership programs
Generate qualified leads and support revenue growth efforts
Qualifications
Previous experience in business development, sales, partnership development, healthcare marketing, or related fields preferred
Experience in healthcare, wellness, MedSpa, hospitality, home health, hospice, concierge medicine, or medical sales is highly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation for local meetings and outreach activities
Ability to represent the company professionally in both virtual and in-person settings

In addition to hourly pay, performance bonuses may be available based on:
New partnership agreements established
Referral relationships developed
Qualified leads generated
Revenue-producing partnership activity
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
