Nanhua USA LLC is a U.S. registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and NFA Member providing institutional futures execution and clearing services across global derivatives markets. We offer access to major exchanges and clearing venues with a focus on professional trading clients, responsive service, and institutional-grade risk management.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Business Development / Institutional Sales professional to our domestic U.S. business and drive commission-generating trading flow.
This role is designed for a producer mentality — someone who thrives on building relationships, generating revenue, and developing active trading clients across the futures and derivatives industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow domestic institutional futures and clearing business
Identify, onboard, and manage new client relationships including:
Proprietary trading firms
Introducing Brokers (IBs)
Hedge funds
CTA/CPOs
Commodity trading firms
Professional and active futures traders
Drive commission-generating trading activity across futures and derivatives markets
Promote the firm’s execution, clearing, and risk management capabilities
Develop relationships with active trading clients and revenue-producing counterparties
Work closely with onboarding, risk, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate account openings and ongoing client support
Attend industry conferences, exchange events, and client meetings
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
Contribute to overall revenue growth through proactive business development efforts
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in institutional sales, futures, derivatives, prime brokerage, or clearing business development
Existing industry relationships strongly preferred
Strong understanding of futures markets and FCM business models
Experience working with institutional or professional trading clients preferred
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and strong business development skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Series 3 license required
