In-Store Sales Assistant

Looking for a role that's fast-paced, social, and different every day?
Our client is expanding their Phoenix team and is looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join them as In-Store Sales Assistants. This isn't a traditional retail role. Instead, you'll represent exciting brands at promotional events and high-footfall locations, engaging directly with customers and creating memorable experiences.
Working across a variety of venues, including shopping centers, retail partner locations, sporting events, and community pop-up events, you'll enjoy plenty of variety while developing valuable sales and customer service skills.
What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with customers at promotional events and branded campaigns
Creating positive first impressions and building rapport with the public
Demonstrating products and services in an informative and engaging way
Answering customer questions and providing tailored recommendations
Helping drive sales and customer acquisitions for client campaigns
Working across a range of event locations throughout the Phoenix area
Assisting with event setup, presentation, and overall customer experience
Collaborating with teammates to achieve individual and team goals
