Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Envigo Networks is looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help us showcase our work, improve our online presence, and support our sales efforts. We are a South Florida technology company providing IT services, low-voltage cabling, Wi-Fi, security cameras, access control, AV, VoIP, and managed support for businesses, condos, hospitality, and commercial properties.
This role is ideal for someone organized, creative, and comfortable working around real job sites, field crews, and technology projects.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update our website content using Wix
Coordinate social media posts, Google Business updates, and LinkedIn content
Photograph and video our team performing installations and service work
Create simple content calendars and weekly posting schedules
Help turn completed projects into short case studies and project highlights
Organize project photos, client logos, service descriptions, and marketing assets
Assist with email campaigns and follow-up lists for general contractors, property managers, condos, hotels, and commercial clients
Help prepare sales materials, capability sheets, proposal graphics, and company one-pagers
Keep Envigo’s online presence professional, current, and consistent
Requirements
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable taking photos and short videos with a phone or camera
Experience with social media, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and basic content planning
Basic design ability using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Ability to work with field teams and capture real project progress
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Experience using Wix
Experience with SEO, website updates, or blog posting
Experience in construction, technology, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services
Comfortable calling or emailing prospects to introduce the company

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
