About the role
Job Summary We're a growing real estate team in Raleigh looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our presence across two brands — Insight Real Estate, our client-facing real estate brand, and Living in Raleigh, a local lifestyle channel helping people discover everything our city has to offer.
This is a hands-on role that spans content creation, graphic design, basic video production, social media management, and email marketing. If you love building a brand, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and want to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, this could be a great fit.
Duties
Social Media & Content: You'll be responsible for creating and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This includes writing captions, designing graphics and story templates, building carousels, and keeping both brands active and engaged. You'll also engage with local businesses and the Raleigh community to help grow our following organically.
Video Production: You'll film basic video content for the Living in Raleigh brand — think reels, lifestyle clips, and neighborhood features. Some shoots will require light prep work like sourcing props and coordinating materials for events and photoshoots.
Email Marketing: Each week you'll produce our Inventory Newsletter — selecting listings to feature, writing listing descriptions, designing graphics, and managing distribution through Mailchimp. You'll handle everything from building the email to scheduling the send.
Blog & Website: You'll write and publish blog content, source images, and keep our website information current and accurate.
Organization & Operations: You'll be a key component of event coordination, maintain our Active Listing spreadsheet, keep our content folders organized, and help ensure our systems run smoothly week to week.
Experience
Have experience managing social media or creating content in a professional setting
Can write clearly and confidently — captions, emails, blog posts, and listing copy
Are comfortable with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe
Have some level of experience filming and editing short-form video for social media
Are highly organized and can manage recurring weekly and monthly deliverables without a lot of hand-holding
Take initiative and bring creative ideas to the table
Have a genuine interest in real estate, local culture, or community storytelling

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
