Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate:

As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will represent AT&T products and services in a retail setting, helping customers find solutions that best fit their needs. You’ll be cross-trained in customer interactions, business management strategy, and team leadership, giving you a well-rounded foundation for advancement.

Proactively engage with customers in a professional retail setting to promote our brand partners’ suite of products and services, ensuring every interaction is value-driven.

Act as a subject matter expert to potential customers, sharing product features, diverse pricing plans, and the latest AT&T promotions.

Help oversee the sales team and manage customer accounts.

An effective Entry Level Management Associate contributes in the successful execution of plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will work on scaling your knowledge and leadership skills with the help of our company-provided development program.

Build and maintain a positive team environment through mutual trust and respect with all team members.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications of of the Entry Level Management Associate role:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is considered a plus.

As this is an Entry Level Management Associate role, no experience is required but having a background in a similar industry is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of telecom jargon and ability to use digital products.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.

A self-motivated individual.

Negotiation skills and clear communication.

Pay: $47,196.27 - $56,838.52 per year
