Entry Level Team Member

Lakeshore Union, a sales and business consulting firm, is hiring an Entry Level Team Member to bring a friendly and professional approach to our Tonawanda retail stores. The Entry Level Team Member will connect with walk-in customers, understand their mobile needs, and help promote AT&T by presenting the best cell phones and wireless devices.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you interact with Buffalo shoppers inside our stores to introduce AT&T cell phones and wireless devices. Each of the Entry Level Team Members’ conversations provides an opportunity to explain device options and support confident purchase decisions.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member

Helps customers explore AT&T smartphones, upgrades, and wireless devices.

Uses simple, needs‑based questions to guide customers toward the AT&T wireless plan that fits their everyday life.

Shows device features in a hands‑on way so customers can compare phones and feel confident about their AT&T purchase.

Handles activations, upgrades, and accessories smoothly, making each step feel quick and supportive while boosting daily sales.

Keeps the store looking sharp with clean displays and well‑presented AT&T wireless promotions that make shopping feel inviting.

Checks in with past customers to make sure they’re happy and to offer helpful options like trade‑ins, new devices, or additional AT&T wireless solutions.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience in retail, customer support, or electronics is a plus but not required.

Reliable work habits, including punctuality and commitment to AT&T Retail.

Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced AT&T Retail setting.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
