Property Manager Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
Greet and communicate with residents and prospective tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
Process customer bookings, move-ins, move-outs, and customer checkouts.
Maintain and update customer and resident information in the database accurately.
Collect rent payments and manage rent collection procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Perform administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, files, reports, and resident documentation.
Oversee the day-to-day appearance and operation of the property to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Enforce community policies and regulations consistently and fairly.
Assist with additional property management responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
