Duties:
Manage the design and execution of social media campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Manages the company’s social media accounts and generates original content on a regular basis that supports company culture and mission statements.
Monitors various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc. and identify trends that can be formatted to Garner’s branding.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, community outreach initiatives, and internal events.
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers, and all other aspects of service to include driver recruitment and/or attract new business.
Ensures the company’s message has continuity between all social media platforms.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer and employee experience on social media platforms and internal processes.
Maintain and update company websites to ensure accuracy, functionality, brand consistency, and strong user experience.
Conceptualize and edit engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, promotions, and internal training.
Translate business goals into compelling creative concepts, messaging, and visual and audio storytelling initiatives.
Manage marketing and advertising campaigns to include strategies, planning, and objectives.
Collaborate with preferred vendors to order promotional materials and price negotiation.
Prepare, print, and mail the company monthly newsletter.
Answers multi-line telephones, take accurate messages, and screens/directs calls, in a professional manner.
All other tasks as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation, design, and content ideation with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other design tools including Adobe, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.
Skilled at brainstorming and collaborating with departments to bring ideas to life.
Ability to think strategically while executing creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
Experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Experience with content management systems, word processor applications, and image/video editing software.
