We are looking for a motivated professional who can combine sales, customer success, operational consulting, lead management, and light digital marketing support into one high-impact role.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development & Client Success Manager to lead software demonstrations, onboard new clients, support long-term customer success, manage client leads, assist with social media coordination, and help drive company growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving business problems, managing communication systems, analyzing data, and helping customers maximize the value of technology.
ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Conduct live Zoom demonstrations for prospective clients.
Present software solutions and clearly communicate business value.
Answer technical and operational questions during sales presentations.
Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and assist with closing new business.
Build relationships with business owners, venues, vendors, and decision makers nationwide.
Lead Management & Client Communication
Manage and monitor incoming leads for venues and vendors through the CRM and texting platform.
Help clients respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
Track lead status, follow-up activity, and client communication inside the CRM.
Assist with organizing sales pipelines, lead notes, reminders, and follow-up workflows.
Support clients in improving lead conversion and customer engagement.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Assist with social media management for clients and internal business accounts.
Help create, schedule, and organize social media content.
Monitor engagement, messages, and inquiries when applicable.
Support digital marketing efforts that drive visibility, leads, and client growth.
Coordinate marketing updates with clients as needed.
Client Onboarding & Success
Guide new clients through implementation and setup.
Deliver training sessions and onboarding meetings.
Ensure smooth transitions from sales to active platform usage.
Maintain ongoing relationships and encourage product adoption.
Serve as a trusted advisor for operational improvements.
Analytics & Business Consulting
Review client performance data, lead activity, and KPIs.
Help customers improve efficiency through CRM automation and workflow design.
Create reports and dashboards to measure performance.
Provide recommendations based on business metrics, lead trends, and operational goals.
Product & Technology Collaboration
Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement requests.
Participate in software testing and quality assurance initiatives.
Assist with troubleshooting and client support.
Work closely with development teams to improve user experience and functionality.
QualificationsRequired
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, business operations, marketing, or consulting.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable conducting Zoom meetings and product demonstrations.
Ability to build relationships with business owners, executives, venues, and vendors.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience using CRM systems, texting platforms, social media tools, or business software.
Ability to manage multiple clients, leads, and follow-up tasks at the same time.
Preferred
SaaS or software industry experience.
Experience with lead management, sales pipelines, or client follow-up systems.
Experience managing social media content or digital marketing campaigns.
Experience with analytics, reporting, or KPI tracking.
Understanding of business operations and workflow automation.
Familiarity with SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Google Ads, Analytics, or Search Console.
Experience training clients or leading onboarding programs.
