Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and account management, with a focus on technology sales. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships while driving business growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify opportunities for business development and growth within accounts
Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions
Conduct warm calling to generate leads and the customer base
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide technical sales support to clients as needed
Experience
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or account management
Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and analyze client requirements
Familiarity with warm calling techniques is a plus
Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
Technical sales background is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
