POSITION OVERVIEW:

If so, we want YOU to be the face of Amped Fitness! As the Front Desk Operations Manager, you will serve as the face of our organization, championing a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for all. Your role goes beyond traditional front-desk responsibilities; This role is set to Embody the Amped Culture. What is Amped culture? We're just not giving them a membership, we're creating lasting impactful relationships
Duties (not limited too):
Greet and Engage: Greet gym members, prospective clients, and guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Manage the Front Desk: Handle check-ins, answer questions, and provide top-notch customer service with a can-do attitude.
Create Energy: Infuse every interaction with enthusiasm and energy, ensuring our members leave feeling motivated and excited about their fitness journey.
Support and Assist: Coordinate with our team to keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling tours to handling membership inquiries.
Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels of gym supplies, including towels, cleaning products, office supplies, and retail items (e.g., energy Drinks, apparel).
Staff Supervision and Leadership: Hire, train, and manage front desk staff to ensure high-quality customer service along with Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
Marketing assistance: Create and post engaging content on the gym’s social media accounts, such as updates, promotions, or success stories.
Qualifications:
High-Energy Personality: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to energize a team and create a positive atmosphere for guests and staff.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and connect with members and staff, making them feel valued and supported.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead or coordinate teams, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining team morale.
Organizational Skills: Proficient in handling multiple tasks, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
Team Player: Collaborative spirit who thrives in a team environment and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
