Site Manager / Operations Lead

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Site Manager / Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Flagship Western Market location and help lead a growing team and business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food service and retail environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in creating an organized, high-performing operation.

As the on-site leader, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across production, retail sales, staff development, scheduling, and commissary inventory management while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily site operations and act as the primary on-site leader

Manage commissary inventory, ordering, stock levels, and product organization

Create and maintain employee schedules to support efficient operations

Lead hiring, onboarding, staff training, and ongoing team development

Supervise food production workflows and maintain quality standards

Drive strong retail sales performance and customer service excellence

Monitor labor, waste, and operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures

Support a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

Identify opportunities to improve processes and grow the business

Qualifications

Previous management or leadership experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or production environments preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and lead by example in a fast-paced setting

Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and team supervision

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Reliable, proactive, and growth-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

$20–21/hour, commensurate with experience
